Unhappy new blu_ray releases not in stores

looking at new list of bd releases I've noticed that the new releases don't actually show up in stores or slow getting there and not alot will carry bd or hd-dvd

Same thing happened when DVD was in its infancy. It's disappointing for early adopters but this is how it goes until the stores put more value in their high def disc sales. And that won't happen until sales increase. Thankfully the PS3 should drive BD sales and help make it easier on all of us to find the new releases we want on release date.

Best Buy and Fry's have been the most consistant Brick and Mortar retailers that I've been able to find. There's always Amazon.com to order from...

yeah they prolly will be slow coming in since its a new format in all. but once ps3 hits stores im sure u will see more BDs out there

I also noticed a lack of BD titles even in Frys - none of the VC-1 Warner titles were there the other day (though they may have sold out since this is a tech savvy area and people here read the reviews etc).
