Proxy - When the Game Stands Tall

Typically when i have a UV code from outside of USA, i use Hola on flixster. usually works, some limitations. A few times i had to use one of the UK universal links.
So i try my code on both us and uk proxy on uvvu.com it shows that it works. I goto both redeemable links, flixster and sony on US both kick back for wrong territory a expected.
On Canada Hola proxy flixster fails to redeem, and sony keeps auto logging me out when I am on the last step, if i try to not be logged in it doesnt even let me get close to redeeming.

how do i redeem this Canadian code in US? or just wait for flixster to add it on the site directly?
