It's not super noticeable at first. You mostly hear it when people are yelling. All the reviews I read don't mention it, they refer to crisp clean sound so....is it possible I just have a bad disc? Because I have never heard of light distortion being a "one bad disc" problem. This tends to be the type of thing to exists on all copies. Let me know.
