Default Newsletter, please?

Any chance we could get a newsletter to receive updates from Blu-ray.com?

I don't always have time to visit the web site, but would love it, if, once a week or so, any new titles added to the Latest Reviews, New Releases, and Coming Soon lists could get e-mailed to me, so I know what's out, what's coming and what's been announced?

It looks like this site uses Subdreamer, which has a newsletter plugin available.

Thanks!

Great Idea. Put me on the Blu-ray.com email blast list to get updates.

I'll take a Paramount Blu-ray release schedule right away in PDF format or Flash projector file for Mac [Geek Alert!]

Yes, but I can have the e-mail delivered to my phone and get it on the go, or read it while I'm reading my other e-mail instead of having to remember to visit the site or sift through a ton of content to get the "bites" I want. Plus, some users who have Blu-ray.com blocked at work could still get the e-mail.

Not a bad idea actually. I prefer coming here to the webpage, but would come in handy if you are on a trip somewhere, and don't have internet access for whatever reason. I think it would be cool to have the latest BD news e-mailed to my phone.

Hell, the site owner could even sell ad space in the header or footer of the newsletter to subsidize costs/time for making it. They'd just need to find some reliable newsletter software. If Blu-ray.com uses Subdreamer, there's already a plug-in. If not, my company uses 1-2-All by Active Campaign and it's incredible.

In the near future we plan to add custom site settings, so members can customize the site how they want it themselves, and we can definitely add an option to have plain text e-mails sent with new releases etc
