Id think so since the merger had happened. Most likely all contracts will be transferred as well.

The merger is between two Canadian companies -- Future Shop and Best Buy Canada. I don't think Best Buy US has any interest in this other than mooching the profits off its Canadian counterpart to help the bottom line of the US business.

I don't think it is a merger. Best Buy bought FutureShop in 2001.
