Hi, all-- I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I have a Panasonic DMP-BDT210 player that has played the Close Encounters of the Third Kind BD just fine on my old 42" Insignia TV. Then that TV got replaced with a 46" LG 3D LED model, and for some reason the seamless branching no longer works properly on this title. The sound drops out for 5 or so seconds, the picture freezes, then it moves on to the next scene. I haven't noticed this with any other titles, though I don't know if any of them use branching as intensely as CE3K. I haven't changed my player or the disc. . .I can only conclude that there's something different about the signal on the TV the way it links with the player? I'm using a high-speed hdmi cable to connect.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. |

I've noticed it on all three versions, and the audio is the default TrueHD track.

Well son-of-a-biscuit-eater, it worked. I switched to the DTS-HD track and problem gone. Thanks so much!
