Blu-ray Baron

Anyone else think it's strange that Sean Connery was involved in the first modern action movies (James Bond films) that set the blueprint for most contemporary action movies and then his career was finished due to a movie (League of Ext. Ind) that was directed by a guy (Norrington) who set the blueprint for most post-2000 superhero movies with Blade?
Just crossed my mind and may be a stretch but still bizarre any way. |
