"Weathering With You" is published as a 4K Steelbook edition

After leonine Anime in April to demand from Anime2You confirmed that "Weathering With You" expected to come in September in the trade, the anime magazine reported AnimaniA in the latest issue that the film in addition to the previously announced versions as UHD Steelbook- Edition will be available.

Film released in September

"Weathering With You" will therefore be released in Germany on September 4, 2020 as a standard edition on DVD and Blu-ray, as a Collector's Edition on Blu-ray and as a Steelbook edition on 4K-Blu-ray. The exact content of the various editions will be announced at a later date.

LEONINE Anime already released the film, which was directed by Makoto Shinkai in the CoMix Wave Films studio, in numerous German cinemas in January 2020. Scalamedia GmbH was responsible for the German synchronization. It was directed by Matthias von Stegmann, who was already working on "Your Name."

Just GER dub + JP with GER sub. Cheap English subbed UHD was supposed to be released on September 25 in Hong Kong, but listings were pulled and a new release date has not been announced yet.

I highly doubt it's getting a BD in the Netherlands, let alone a steelbook or even UHD. Considering how bad the Dutch BD of Dragon Ball Super Broly was, maybe it's for the best.
