The Three Stooges (Sequel)!!!!

The Three Stooges are returning to the screen with a new film that is being assembled by C3 Entertainment, Grand Peaks Entertainment and The Exchange.

Sean Hayes (Larry), Chris Diamantopoulos (Moe) and Will Sasso (Curly) will reprise their roles as the wacky brothers who last hit the big screen in a 2012 film directed by the Farrelly Brothers. That film earned $55 million worldwide.

Cameron Fay, who wrote the upcoming Paramount film Brother in Laws, will pen the script, which is being envisioned as an action-comedy rather than a straight comedy. The producers are looking to add a major action star to to the cast.

Only good reason to be excited is that beacause of this movie, they might finally release the classic shorts to blu ray.

Those three guys were great, it was a poor script (and directors) that brought the first one down. I think it is great news. I am looking forward to this.

Now maybe we'll get an A Team sequel..

Deadline reports that the sequel to the 2012 comedy will likely feature an action star. Who the production team is considering remains unknown, but the use of such a player is likely an attempt to change up the traditional Three Stooges formula of physical comedy and sight gags.

I just hope its not Dewayne Johnson. I like him, but I'd like someone that is really a great juxtaposition, as suggested in another forum, I'd like a person like Jason Statham...
