Yesterday I bought the Cruel Intentions blu-ray from a Amazon UK seller and received an e-mail saying that it is a Polish release.
I've sent an e-mail asking if it has portuguese brazilian subtitles and if it is region free or A, 'cause in the product page it says that is region free, now i'm confused 'cause I don't know what to do and if I cancel or not the order, even that they say I can't cancel it now 'cause it has already been dispatched. Now, I received an e-mail with the following answer: Dear Customer, Thank you for your purchase. According to the information provided by the manufacturer this is a Region B/2 Item. It only has English and Spanish subtitles. I am pleased to confirm this item is brand new and 100% official and in perfect condition. Kind regards Martin Customer Service Rarewaves What can I do? If what they're saying is truth I will have to find a way to cancel my order, I need the brazilian portuguese subtitles. |
