I thought the transfer was only getting underway and a mid 2013 release date?

No the release was scheduled in Holland, way before it was even announced in other countries.
But we're still waiting for it to ship!

I pre-ordered it in early October...

watching it right now, just a 2.0 stereo audio track and a so-so transfer.

a bit disappointing but the film itself is great

Do the unrated scenes "stand out" like they do on the unrated DVD? I have XT Video Metalpak DVD and the unrated scenes were definitely taken from another source. I can live with a mediocre transfer, as long as it's consistent.

Or is it the R-rated cut?

Mine was dispatched from DVD Outlet a few days ago. I've never dealt with them before, so I dunno when it'll show up... and Crimbo Post Madness certainly won't help.
