Anyone else here who would go for some of the 70s John Waters/Divine movies in HD? I would be day one for Female Trouble especially. Surprised they haven't restored these movies for blu.

I'm surprised New Line hasn't done a Waters box set in HD.

I'd be fine with a disc of Multiple Maniacs.

And while we are waiting at least the transfers on the DVDs of Pink Flamingos and Female Trouble are pretty top notch.

I caught Polyester on TV the other day (in Australia on World Movies channel) and it was in HD. I would LOVE a box set of the early Divine films.

HAIRSPRAY is the only one I know of currently available on bluray. Hey....it's a start.

Female Trouble and Polyester are my favourites of his. Polyester should come with a bunch of Odorama scratch cards.

Preferably in a bag, my DVD still reeks of that card. Opening the package to get out the disc is rather unpleasant, each scent combined to create a truly noxious primary odor. Adds to the experience, though.

I had the original card from the theatrical run in a drawer for years and everything in the drawer smelled of it.
