Why are Best Buy prices being hidden? - Blu-ray Forum

I've noticed that Best Buy prices are no longer being displayed on a product's page. Whenever Best Buy has a better or equal price, a link is provided under the Amazon link. However, that's no longer happening unless you add "?retailerid=2" to the blu-ray.com link.

I know that last week, Best Buy was removed from the Deals section but could be accessed using a similar workaround. Perhaps something was messed up when they added Best Buy back?

Yeah, I'm still only seeing Amazon prices as well. Some others have posted that there Best Buy and Walmart prices showing now too, but I don't see them. The deals information has gone through a lot of changes recently so I am sure that has something to do with it. It would be nice if someone in the know would actually comment on the situation and let us know want is going on.

I noticed this as well. I wonder if it will be added back soon as it was nice being able to have some sort or price tracking.

I'd also like to see Best Buy's prices added back. Most of my movie purchases are from Best Buy so not having easy access to that pricing information is very annoying. And it is much harder to get to the referral url so I can give this site credit for purchases.

The BBY link has never shown if the BBY price is >= the Amazon price. However with some titles you can click on the price tracking icon to see the current BBY price.

I definitely miss the BBY info showing up as easily too.
