Frustrated by lack of instructions - Blu-ray Forum

I'm a newbie learning the website. I want to contribute but am frustrated by not knowing how and not finding instructions. Are there some for submitting films and BDs that I may have missed? Surely this would mitigate the workload of mods & approvers.

My first submission is 124238, the Kelly's Heroes & Where Eagles Dare release sold in the UK. I believe that I've correctly entered the individual film releases in the bundle IDs but clearly the wrong films are linked. How may this be corrected?

There not being instructions on the size of case/slip image to be up-loaded I sent large files on the assumption that the approver would scale them appropriately, but they remain large. What is the guidance here?

Another bundle issue: how do I link 96117 Film Noir Classics - Die pechschwarze Serie to the 3 films included (The Big Clock, The Dark Mirror, Ministry of Fear)? There are no individual German releases. Do I have to submit invented releases to make this work? Will approvers approve them? Similarly for the contents of 43707 Forever Marilyn Collection of which Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, How to Marry a Millionaire & The Seven Year Itch don't have their individual releases.
