If you had posted this cover with no title, I would have assumed it was a porno because of the tongue sticking out and the 70's mustache. I've spent way too much time on the internet.

The original disc is region locked so most likely yes.

Would've loved if it was the original poster art. Oh well. I'm content with my standard release.
