Die Hard in a mall with Antonio Banderas and Ben Kingsley. Your average direct-to-video fare. Nothing special, but not Bruce Willis DTV bad either. Could've been much better with a stronger studio and creative people at the helm.

A film called Biozombie takes place in a Japanese mall with narrow halls. But yeah, fewer movies will take place in malls the way many malls are going the way of the dinosaur. Empty and being closed down store by store. The higher prices can't always compete with online or retailer stores. Some malls are thriving though, but many are closing.
