I did a search and couldn't come up with anything so hopefully someone here will be able to help me out but I doubt there's a real solution.
Anyway, my wife occasionally gets headaches watching 3D movies. That's the preferred way I like to watch them. When this happens, she'll either request we switch to 2D or she'll just watch the movie blurry without the glasses. Neither are really solid options. Is there a way using active glasses to only see the 2D image (other than just covering up one of the eyes, of course)? Or am I just crazy for even asking? We have an LG plasma with RF/Bluetooth active glasses. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

You're not crazy. It's a good question.
It all depends on the options that your glasses give you. On my active glasses there is a switch that has three settings: Off, 2D, 3D. If your glasses don't have this type of switching, it might not be an option for you. ![]() |

Nope. I have two different types of glasses. Samsung and LG. Both of them have a single button that is either on or off. I read both manuals to see if there were any other settings but didn't see anything. I was just hoping someone might know of a trick that de-synchronizes the shutter or something.
