Best friends Sadie and McKayla are on a mission to boost their social media fandom as amateur crime reporters hot on the trail of a deranged local serial killer. After they manage to capture the killer and secretly hold him hostage, they realize the best way to get scoops on future victims would be to, you know, murder people themselves. As the @TragedyGirls become an overnight sensation and panic grips their small town, can their friendship survive the strain of national stardom? Will they get caught? Will their accounts get verified?

I've been hearing about the movie for a while, so I'm glad to see the trailer's finally up.

It looks pretty good so far, I might catch this in theatres.

That looks like a tone of fun, it good to see an actually dark teen comedy actually have a bit of acid in it's tongue.

Saw it at a film festival a few days ago. The film starts out pretty fun and gets consistently more stupid by the second, to the point where its stupidity becomes a little boring. It kinda lost my interest near the halfway mark, but up until then I still had a lot of fun.

Brianna Hildebrand and Alexandra Shipp are great.

I felt the opposite, I struggled with it at the start but found myself enjoying it more as it went along.

Not sure. I'm thinking pretty limited. 20 theaters tops most likely.

Yeah I keep waiting for a Blu-ray announcement. I will absolutely blind buy it if it's not one of those manufactured on demand ones which it probably will be.

Only thing I'll say, is it balances the horror & the comedy perfectly. Most horror/comedy films lean to heavily to one side. Most of the time, when they are funny, they severely lack any horror/blood/gore/scares...and if they get the horror part right, the laughs seemed to force and fail.

But this one has a perfect equal mix of both worlds. Very much surprised me.
