enjoyed the first episode...is a shame there is only 3 parts. but looking forward to the next one. Its an interesting premise.

what was the song used at the end of the first episode? anyone know.

The trailer did nothing for me at all.

Then again, I'm not into the whole teenage emo zombie\vampire\etc fad.

Do the zombies glitter, twinkle, or whatever?

na its nothing like what you described! i didnt see the trailer, but its none of those things

You know who my favorite character was in the entire series?

Kieren's Dad - because he LOVED Blu-rays!

I don't think I've ever seen that in a show or movie before where a character even talks about Blu-ray.

Fantastic show. The 3 episodes were better and more satisfying than the entire 3rd season of The Walking Dead imo (and yes, I know they are two vastly different shows)

Even though the first series wrapped up perfectly with the 3 episodes, I definitely wouldn't mind watching more episodes, maybe focusing on different characters. Either way, I'm looking forward to it and hope that it's as good as the first series.

What do you mean with it's edited ? Is this getting censored in the US ?

Surprised not more people are talking about this. The second season was excellent and came to a surprisingly moving end. I really hope there will be a 3rd.

It was certainly suggested that a 3rd series could happen.

The end of season 2 certainly sets up the possibility of a season 3, but BBC Three who produced In the Flesh is about to get the axe and the BBC has a history of treating horror series poorly. They didn't renew The Fades despite it winning the BAFTA for best drama series, so I wouldn't put it past them that they will just pull the plug on this one.

Most of the episodes have been censored here in the US, except for Episode 4 for some reason (that was the first episode to be aired at 11pm instead of 10pm so that could be a reason but there's swearing in Orphan Black, which airs at 9pm so

).

I haven't really liked the second series. The finale airs this Saturday so maybe it'll help redeem it.

It was on BBC 3 and I watched it on BBC 3. This is not the type of content BBC 2 produces.

I certainly hope it gets a 3rd series. I love the direction this show took with zombies. A quite non-stereotypical view, in a similar, albeit non-zombie, way to The Returned Rejuvenantes.

Just got through the Blurays of Seasons 1 and 2

Absolutely fantastic show - shares similar approaches to Les Revenants/ The Returned, but done in a far different way. The constant weaving of social commentary is nicely done, but the characters are all really given time to develop in interesting ways. Standout arc for me amongst the supporting roles was Phillip.

I would like to see a Season 3, though it could quite easily have been tied up here instead of dropping plot points for a potential third season.

Well worth seeking out and the Bluray has all the episodes from Seasons 1 and 2. It's no surprise this got a BAFTA and with the huge amount of zombie (sorry thats "Partially Deceased Syndrome" sufferers

)films and tv shows these days it's rare for one to standout as much as this does.
