Hello.
I have a question regarding the JB Hi-Fi, but I donīt know if this the right place to put it. Iīm an international costumer and on the end of January-2015 I made 4 orders from the JB Hi-Fi store. All the orders were dispatched between 29-January-2015 and 03-February-2015. One of the orders arrived 2 weeks ago but so far, none of the other orders have arrived. I contacted them yesterday though their website, but there was no option to send a general e-mail regarding this issue, leaving me to send 3 separate e-mails, one for each missing order. Today, they reply to my query with 3 equal replies, that I should contact Australia Post. Iīm safe to assume that kind of reply was because I had to fill an Australian postal code for every query sent, otherwise their site just wouldnīt left me send the query, leaving me to think their site is only good enough for domestic inquiries. For those who make international orders from thi store, can someone please tell me if there is another way or another e-mail to contact them regarding international orders? Even though 6 weeks have passed, should I wait longer? Best regards, Mario Paulo |
