This was as middle of the road as films come. It wasn't bad, it just...existed.

I absolutely loved this movie! I hope it comes out soon, as it didn't have that big of a theatrical release.

Very good comedy, great food/kitchen depiction, but it fizzled in the third act. Thumbs up, 4 out of 5.

We say 'Chef' two weeks ago and loved it. We'll be showing it in the Booth Bijou Garage Theater when it comes out on Blu-ray. We plan to pair it with 'Ratatouille'!

According to the website it's the 19th, but I think the date has been changed.

A lot of sites don't have listings for either the Blu-ray or DVD, and Amazon doesn't have a release date.

I have been looking forward to this. I'll be very upset if this proves to be true, which it is looking like. I wonder when they will release it, and why they changed the date.

It did well at the box office for a Limited Release. Maybe they want to position it for decent sales numbers in the Fall, when parents aren't so busy helping kids with back to school stuff. A November pre-Thanksgiving release seems ideal for a movie about food.

Couldn't get myself to watch this for whatever reason. Maybe it's because I see food trucks every day so it feels like I wouldn't get much out of it.

This was a lot of fun. A real feel good movie. Plus the soundtrack really cooks. Would make a great double bill with Begin Again, which is also out in limited release.

Another vote for this flick. They did a great job depicting the restaurant biz and cooking in general.
