Vice Principals - UK Blu Ray?

Because it definitely says blu ray and it said blu ray on Thursday when I pre-ordered it. Thing is nowhere else has a listing for a blu ray and HMV has no listing for a DVD. I ordered this fully expecting it to be the DVD and not a blu ray as I expect this is incorrectly listed as a blu. I've just been into a HMV store and there are no copies of a Vice Principals Blu Ray but lots of copies of a DVD.

When I get home and get my delivery i'll know for sure whether they messed up. Truth be told I'm not fussed as I expected it to be an incorrect listing and I just want the show, whether on DVD or blu. However am I in my rights to complain to HMV online if they have just sent me a DVD and in fact there is no blu ray? For the record the blu ray listing online is the same price as the DVD, further potential evidence that someone screwed up.
