Killer dresses in a girls jacket so you think it's a girl the whole time turns out it's one of the detective on the cases and you figure it out in the end because of his Italian shoes.

Any ideas?

Didn't realize there was a thread for that. My bad. Anyways it's a newer flick but that's all I remember about it
