Do You Have TWO PS4s in Your House??

Ok, so I've got a PS4 downstairs. Thinking about getting my kids a PS4 for upstairs. We'd like to play DESTINY and BATTLEFRONT together, etc. Here's the lowdown:

- I have PS Plus account and obviously my own accounts with EA and Bungie
- My kids each have their own PSN account (not a sub account, and not a PLUS account)
- My kids also have their own Bungie and EA accounts.

Currently, with only the one PS4, my kids can log on to their profile and play Destiny with all of the Taken King stuff, Battlefront, Rocket League, etc. They have the exact same access to stuff as I do.

My questions are: what will I need to do in order for us to play togethr on Destiny The Taken King, Battlefront, etc? If I log in to the upstairs PS4 initially, will it allow access to all my stuff? Will the save games transfer for them from downstairs to upstairs? Do I have to get a PLUS account for one of them??

Overall, any tips, tricks, advice here??

Each system will need its own PS+ account.

You have to manually move saves using the cloud or a USB drive. The latest save from a system will be the one uploaded to the cloud. To use that on a different system, you have to download it and override the save already on the system. You have to be very careful...not something you should leave to children to always do correctly.

So, two questions now.

My friend has two PS4s - one in two different cities (he travels for work). He has one PSN PLUS account and is able to play Taken King back and forth on each PS4 with game saves continuing on each console. How is this so different than what I'm trying to do??

As for the save games...haven't done that before. I know where that is on the PS4...just plug in the USB and copy. Then go upstairs and load it up. Right? Not too complicated, just like o a computer? But then if they go back downstairs to play, that save game will rule, correct??

So, it sounds like the kids should only play on the upstairs machine, and not go back and forth between consoles??

Any other advice or tips??

You should only need 1 account if all they will be doing is playing online. You just need to add your account as the primary account on their PS4 I believe.

As long as one person on the PS4 has plus then all other accounts can play online
