Default How are these called?

Could someone tell me how are called these removable "outer spec sheet" attached to releases? British labels often use them to put the BBFC logo on it and not on the actual cover.

You could email Indicator and ask. Or maybe they have a Twitter thread. It’s true it looks similar to a Japanese obi strip that you see on cds etc, but not sure if the west calls it the same
