Cheaper and better IMO...$200 is way too much for that car.

Wow, guess that February launch date was way off. The steelbook looks nice, liking the single image for both sides. Really hope it ends up with interior art since the Arkham games have a habit of not having any. Also, considering that Triforce is making the Batmobile/statue, it should be quality.

I really dislike that they haven't made a CE for PC since the first game

It's starting to become slightly expensive to buy these for XBox just to get the goodies...

Apparently that Batman statue edition will come for PC aswell, but Batmobile edition is for consoles only.

If the skin pack consisted of Keaton, Bale and Affleck skins, I would have bought this version day 1. I can wait for the New 52 DLC whenever it's made available.

Looks like the Batmobile Edition is getting cancelled. Hopefully the Statue Edition won't soon follow

Pretty sure the statue is safe. The car "transformed" and apparently the quality of doing so wasn't good enough so they canned it. How can anyone mess up a statue?

I'm interested to see photos or a video of what was so bad about the Batmobile that they decided to cancel it at the last minute.

I had it pre-ordered and got the cancellation notice yesterday. I was able to pre-order the Limited Edition with the statue elsewhere. I just mainly want the Steelbook and art book from that edition, though.

Target and Wal-Mart had the Limited Edition available for pre-order last night, but it looks like they've both sold out since then. Newegg seems to have it still, though. I'm sure a lot of people ordered it like I did since the Batmobile got cancelled.

You get an art book and statue with it the Steelbook, but you could always sell those off if you don't want them.

Picked up my Limited Edition today. The statue is nice. It's made of plastic, as one would assume, but it does have a light up feature which I wasn't aware of beforehand. Art book is hardback and has quality paper for the pages/cover. Comic book is decent but only a dozen or so pages.

The steelbook is quite nice as well. Not a heavy gloss finish but more like a zero finish or the "massy" finish the BF Cap steelbooks have.
