New movie from director Park Chan-wook (Oldboy, Vengeance Trilogy, JSA, Thirst, Stoker)

It has been selected to compete for the Palme d'Or at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival.

He was only a producer for Snowpiercer. Bong Joon-ho directed it.

Anyways, really looking forward to this. Been a while since a legit Park Chan-wook film. Didn't care for Stoker, only saved by the directing and acting.

Looks beautiful and a lot different from his other work. Interested in seeing it play out.

Chuck me on the list that loved Stoker, sure it was all surface level, but what wonderful and deranged surface it was.

Everything this guy has done has been excellent but my favourite would is Thirst. That film beautiful on a whole 'nother level.

This looks really good - I'm excited. The only problem I have with some of these arthouse films is the long wait until I can see them. Loved Thirst and also really liked Stoker.

Just saw this. It was okay. A decent lesbian movie with some anti-porn message perhaps? A torture scene of course. The movie felt long and got me real sleepy. This director's films are always worth a watch of course but I wouldnt feel the urge to rewatch any of them.
