Mine came today. Sound is Atmos or PCM 2.0. Looks like a global edition as it loads with a language option screen including Canadian French. Picture quality is absolutely stunning and the Atmos sound is demo quality, bitrate is high 30s. Those hoping for a version without Waters' interjections were always going to be disappointed as the concert music often plays over these and the entire film would have to be recut, and I wish it had been. The UK double disc edition comes in a nice booklet with a strange, almost rubberised feel to the cardboard. Well worth £15 and a substantial saving on the absurd limited edition at £480ish.

The UK limited edition is excellent !
Beautiful box, soft touche, with booklets, cards and 2 blu-ray. The concert-movie is excellent, and the quality is absolutely Fantastic. The dolby Atmos 7.1 (or TrueHD 7.1) is immersive, brillant and clear. Very happy !! Now, fingers crossed for the bluray movie directed by Parker and the 80/81 live !!! |
