Q? about "Hellraiser III: Hell On Earth"

Apparently, the page on this site for the AU edition of "Hellraiser III: Hell On Earth" says it is compatible with Region A, but I find that hard to believe since the film is only in 45 collections. Does anybody have any leads on this? Is there anywhere else, besides this site, where I can confirm this? I'm just an American looking for an affordable, HD copy of Hellraiser III that will play in my region locked player, and the AU version seems to be it.
