I'm surprised anyone would even pre order it at that price...unless it's a Pixar release, I refuse to pay more than $20 for a Zavvi steelbook.

I don't have a lot of experience purchasing the Zavvi steelbooks. Does anyone have any insight as to whether or not this will be region locked?

StudioCanal releases in the UK are usually region locked, so this'll probably be as well.

I liked Hardy's Performance but that is all i can say about it really i prefer the Krays 1990 film.

just received...gorgeous steel. The artwork is awesome and shows just how debossing and embossing should be done.
Rather than the usual lazy frame to allow the debossing, it utilises the gun in that as part of the frame with embossed lettering for the film title.

until I saw it was still $26.xx USD in which case I was like

I can't justify $20+ USD for this. Hoping it goes lower...

Purchase in GBP and let your card issuer/PayPal convert for you. Should come out to around $16.

lol sorry! I should have stated the currency. But yes always pay in UK pounds and have it converted. Cheaper that way.

I didn't realize it worked like that. I always took it as the USD displayed price was the converted price, and typically that's accurate. But I felt something was off this time. I appreciate the info, guys.
