Default Anime without a stand-alone release?

I don't believe there to is a thread dedicated to this so I figured I'd attempt to start the discussion:

What HD anime titles have yet to receive stand-alone retail releases outside their "exclusive" release?

For example: Tales of Zestiria OVA is exclusive to the PS4 Collector's edition game, the Street Fighter BD came with the anniversary set, Ties that Bind with Street Fighter IV, Animatrix with the Matrix set, and some of the DBZ OVAs are on the games as bonus features.

Feel free to chime in and add to what I have missed as I'm sure there are plenty more.

The original .hack anime releases on PS2 had an anime OVA disc with each of them that was different from the //SIGN anime that came out later.

There was also an exclusive OVA that came with the limited edition Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children DVD set in America that you couldn't get on its own.

The .hack//Link OVAs were included with the .hack//Sign boxed sets released on DVD in the UK too.

I know The Animatrix was released on its own here in the UK. Haven't properly tested whether it's region free or not.

Short Peace was originally only part of the Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day PS3 game here in the UK before it was eventually licensed by Anime Limited (and they have yet to release it).

Conversely we have Short Peace by itself here in the States but Animatrix is exclusive to the film collection.

Its not in HD, but to my knowledge, Pichu bros. in party panic is exclusive to the Gamecube game Pokémon Channel.

Correct me if im wrong but i beleive Tekken: Blood Vengeance has a 3D bluray version exclusive to the PS3 game Tekken Hybrid. Atleast in the UK anyway, it just gets a DVD version. And by KAZE to!

Namco has a bunch of Hybrid Packs especially on PS3 like those Gravure 4 U games which has the TV series for the Idolm@ster series. But not 100% sure if sold seperately.

There's the Samurai Warriors 4 Special Anime Pack Limited Edition for PS4.

Tales Of Zestiria Collector's Edition has an Anime Blu-ray disc on the PS4 version and PS3 version in Europe with America being PS4 version only. In Japan though it was in a Hybrid Pack with the PS3 version of the game. PS3 owners in America and Steam users got screwed out of it.

For clarification rather than hybrid packs it's just the special editions of each volume came with the G4U games on their own disc, and you could still buy the volumes separately (You can buy the games separately too digitally, they're really nothing special though).

I'm not sure about Blu-ray, but I know Animatrix is on DVD by itself in the States.

Edit: Apparently it also came out on BD in 2008 according to this site.

Animatrix is only available in the Collector's Edition that includes all 4 Matrix movies. There was also a 4 film favorites collection release that was just a regular Blu-ray case with a slipcover that included the 4 movies. Animatrix was never released as a stand-alone despite its listing on here. Amazon also has a listing for it, but I think it's a pretty questionable listing unless it's just like people who bought the Collector's Edition but were not interested in Animatrix for being an Anime movie.

Some of the Blu-ray entries are posted either as like a rumor goes around that a Blu-ray is coming out just to have it be cancelled or perhaps like thinking Warner would sell this by itself and ending up not doing so. Maybe some other country might have it as a stand-alone release but not America for sure.
