Default Repair Universal Remote?

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience replacing/repairing logitech universal remotes? I got home and to my surprise cracked screen! The limited warranty doesn't cover accidental or abusive damage to the device. So what are my options? Would repairing the remote be overly expensive, and not be feasible? The remote seems to work behind the cracked screen. Maybe sell it on eBay listed as broken?

Thanks guys!

I don't have any experience of the company, but I found this site. There maybe others in your local area.

Depending which remote, you might part it out...especially if no longer in production. I'm sure somebody would want the board.

I've rebuilt remotes from other ones. Easy to take apart. You might see if the screen on yours is embedded...or separate piece.

Yeah I don't even see my remote. I think my best bet is selling it as broken.
