Prizzi's Honor - is the Spanish BD worth buying? - Blu-ray Forum

A Spanish BD edition of 'Prizzi's Honor' was released in November 2014 (under the title 'El Honor de Los Prizzi').

Does anyone have this? If so, could you comment on the transfer and any other technical points?

Any info would be gratefully received!

Only if you don't already have a decent DVD.

The film is listed here and Mondo(use translate) has info.

Skip it unless you don't have it.

Thanks for the reply. I do have the Region 1 Anchor Bay DVD, although it's not anamorphic. Anyway, I'll probably take your advice and hang on to it, hoping that someone will eventually release it on Blu either in the UK or the US.

Edit: Actually I've just noticed that there is now an MGM DVD available in Region 1. Is this one anamorphic?

The same company released The Mosquito Coast. It looks worse than my mpeg-2 recording from YEARS ago that I have from HDNET movies.

I blind-bought it. Worst Blu-ray I had the displeasure to watch yet, and I am not being hyperbolic. Avoid it.
