("Video Format" episodes = "Director's Cut" episodes in the US releases)

Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death & Rebirth
- HD Remastered
- Original theatrical version of "Death", which has never before been released on home video
(Original theatrical version of "Rebirth" was not on US DVD release from Manga Entertainment, the corresponding revised footage from "The End of Evangelion" was used in its place for unknown reasons)

The End of Evangelion
- HD Remastered
- Original theatrical version

Revival of Evangelion
- HD Remastered
- Death(True)² + Air + Magokoro wo Kimi ni
(Reflects version of "Death" re-released in Japanese theaters in March 1998 and is currently available in "Renewal" Japanese DVD release)

- First time that Evangelion: Death(True) has been released on home video
(Reflects version of "Death" that aired on premium satellite provider WOWOW in January 1998)
