Default Altman (2014)

Apparently there is a Bluray release of this documentary, but i can't find it here or anywhere else.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2404171/

The extras include an exceptionally rare short film "The Katherine Reed Story".

Can anyone find it?

Update:

Altman: a film by Ron Mann

DVD & BLURAY COMBO / 95 MINUTES / COLOUR, BLACK & WHITE / 1080P HD / 5.1 SURROUND SOUND / IN ENGLISH

From award-winning director Ron Mann, Altman is an in-depth look at the life and times of filmmaker Robert Altman (M*A*S*H, McCabe & Mrs. Miller, Nashville, The Player, Gosford Park and many more). While refusing to bow down to Hollywood’s conventions, or its executives, Altman’s unique style of filmmaking won him friends and enemies, earned him worldwide praise, and occasionally scathing criticism, and proved that it is possible to make truly independent films.
GUEST APPEARANCES BY

Michael Murphy, Sally Kellerman, James Caan, Elliott Gould, Keith Carradine, Lily Tomlin, Robin Williams, Philip Baker Hall, Bruce Willis, Julianne Moore, Lyle Lovett, and Paul Thomas Anderson.
INCLUDES A COLLECTION OF PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED SHORT FILMS BY ROBERT ALTMAN

The Kathryn Reed Story • The Party • Pot Au Feu

There is nothing I can see. Where did you find out that it was on Blu-ray already?

Well, I found it "out there", if you know what I mean..

here's 2 different releases of the DVD by the way:
http://www.ibs.it/code/9788807741296/mann-ron/altman-dvd-con-libro.html
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Altman-DVD-Ron-Mann/dp/B00OA9TFC6

and here I found a tweet about the film being on Bluray:

Never mind, I have found it.

The trick is that this is a Canadian documentary, and as such, it is available on Blu-ray...in Canada:

Also seems to be available officially here:

I'm not sure if it really matters. After all, Altman is an American director, and this shows no signs of a U.S. release.
