G' day All,

are there any **AUSTRALIAN** sites that sell 4K UHD american releases?

Amazon-usa aren't doing international shipping, third party merchants that ship the order them selves take the....
For example one title Amazon proper list at $us 19, market place $us 35 upwards

Amazon Australia have some US 4K releases with free shipping when you spend $49.

amazon au is still shipping from US amazon, wowhd.com.au is still shipping to Australia, the prices aren't any good with current value of the $

Did you even try the link? that's amazon.com.au, they sell amazon.com products and ship them to Australia. I placed an order yesterday for US products via the Australian store no problem, I just tried it now with 3 4K's from amazon US through the Australian store, no problem.

I've tried sanity, jb hifi and beat the bomb but they don't have the title I want

I think you are asking in the wrong place, that was only released in America and it's more expensive to even import these things here (even before this virus's effect on the market).

On Amazon.au to import Hustlers 4K from Amazon U.S its A$39.19, shipping adds A$14.95 for total of A$53.65. NOW if you are an Australian Amazon Prime member you could add another title to get the order over A$49 and not pay shipping. The other option mentioned was WowHD which ships from the U.S and has FREE shipping however they factor in the shipping cost to the price. They however have Hustlers 4K at the eye watering price of A$60.28 and they then add another 10% GST to get to something around A$66!!! Then I guess you would have to pay to ship it to the UK. So no cheap method to get a US$19 disc to Australia in current environment.

It's £29.77 from WowHD (postage inclusive). Not sure if that would attract any extra tax for UK customers, should be below the VAT threshold?

Wow usually adds the VAT at checkout for which country it's being shipped to. Since they ship from 'inside' the country there shouldn't be anything else added.

Yeah, that's how they do it for Australian/NZ GST as well. But ours is an across-the-board tax, there's no minimum threshold for smaller items.

It appears that WowUK adds VAT at around £15

Personally I'd call it a terrible price and wait.

Just giving the options, not suggesting a purchase especially since the OP set the price limit
