Lost Season 3 problem - Blu-ray Forum

I am running a PS3 with the 2.1 update. The disc dosent go to the menu the only way I can get it to play is putting in disc one going through all the previews and with the intro with the creators hitting main menu on my remote and picking season play then taking that out and putting in disc 2 and so forth I can not get to just the menu on any of them. The screen is just black anyone else have this problem?

can you exchange the blurays?

If I put in any of the discs when it is suppose to move to the main menu after all the intro stuff the screen just stays black. The only reason I got to the menu on Disc one was that the creators intro allows you to hit the top menu button. I put in disc 2 today and it does the same thing but no oppertunity to press the menu button.

I had a similar problem with 2001 on firmware 1.94. The issue is gone now in 2.01.

Maybe it will help to try turning off the PS3 completely and start it up again.
