I'm currently thinking about ordering cardcaptor Sakura on blu Ray but wanted to know first if it is locked to region a or not if anyone can help me with this I would be grateful

if you're speaking of NIS America's set then yes it is locked region A locked and will not work on a region B player, sadly.

The movie seems to be Region A locked too. Still want the 2nd movie on Blu-ray.

Shame it's extremely unlikely because unlike the first movie which is handled internationally by Bandai Visual, the second one is handled by Kodansha, who works pretty much exclusively with FUNi. If FUNi passes on something from them, it's usually SOL.
