2 Red and 2 Blu for 63 bucks...hell yeah...got 2 free dvds today - Blu-ray Forum

2 Red and 2 Blu for 63 bucks...hell yeah...got 2 free dvds today

I went dvd shooping for bourne ultimatum on hd-dvd (29.99)and i saw blu was buy 1 get 1 free for select titles, so i got casino royale and stranger than fiction both for 29.99. So my total is 60.00 + tax.

I then noticed 8 copies of bourne identity (hd-dvd) and one copy marked promotional disc with the bar code blocked. So i made my way to the register and played dumb, this says PROMOTIONAL disc, is it free. He tries to ring it up, and says, Yeah I guess it is.

So i got 4 movies for 63.00 with tax. I am a happy guy today. If i bought them straight out it would be 30.00 each- 120.00. So i Saved, 57.00 bucks.

I tried the disc and it works fine, must have been for internal use only for the store, oh well, lol , mine now

Sorry to mentioned HD-DVD but anybody see these labels on blurays?

Come on now... he said he bought 2 Bluray movies and basically ripped off one HD DVD.

He's not a traitor and i really get sickened when ppl with both get treated badly. A Blu buyer is a Blu buyer.

Why not ? There are hundreds of movies we want to see on BD but they are not yet released. Just out of all discs released so far he has more HD DVD. Doesn't mean he is not neutral

Its actually 18 HD-DVD and 6 Blu. I did not update my signature after purchase. I just did now. Trust me I am neutral, i just got the bluray player on Dec 1rst. So i am new to blue and slowly acquiring titles. I have 5 free coming to me soon. So it will be 11 Blu Soon

. I plan on getting simpsons and lost soon

Trust me I do like some of the menus and look and feel navigation on the bluray players, but still neutral
