Would really like to see this on Blu-Ray with good PQ/AQ, any news about it?

I thought the sequel was terrible, the first one was so much better.

I loved this movie, one of my fav horror movies i hoping for a blu release soon!

I heard some mix reviews bout the sequel but i havent seen it myself

I've always loved the original, but had never seen this until just a few years. I thought it was one of the better horror remakes. Aside from an unnecessary special effects overload in the third act, I liked it quite a bit and would definitely buy a Blu-ray.

I don't keep up on who does/owns what concerning blu-ray releases (perhaps I should though, a lot of interesting reads about it) but I'll accept WB too.

I have it and can also confirm it's region free. I thought it was a nice looking release. I bought it not expecting much and the picture was relatively clean with decent detail. Been a while since I watched it but don't recall excessive EE or DNR.

imo, Ricky made that film a lot better and wished he had more scenes.
