Sad news to wake up to this morning. Scott Weiland passed away in his sleep.

I'll always appreciate the good years with STP. Thanks for the memories Scott. Have a good journey.

I wish young rock singers today were as creative as this guy was. He went from being called a grunge rip off to having his own unique style.

STP with Scott was always one of my favorite bands. I can't say I'm surprised by this news, but I'm still very saddened by it. I hope his tortured soul can finally find some peace. RIP

I read about his passing on CNN's website this past Friday. Too bad and very sad news.
My favorite song is Vasoline.

Toxicology results came in. Toxic mix of narcotics in his system. Not at all surprised to read this. Really makes it all the more tragic though.
