Been waiting for another Kino sale for a while now, but to little avail here. I've got about 30 titles in my Kino Wish List, but only 3 of them are under $14.97. Ugh! I miss the old Kino sales, where I'd nab a good 10 titles on the cheap every time. What's happened?

This isn't really a new sale, they simply added a few new titles to the While Supplies Last section.

I'm rather curious about this too, as the only (cheap) title I really want in this current "While Supplies Last" sale is China Moon. I don't follow Kino's stock close enough to know if/when titles drop to OOP status. I guess I've usually nabbed the ones I want prior to that, so it's never been a problem before. But now that I look through this current sale list, wow, there's some nice deals in there actually! Gritting my teeth on many of my prior (pretty cheap) Kino purchases sitting in there for crazy cheap now...

Off the top of my head, Pauline at the Beach is fully OOP.

More than a few. Of the titles I've paid attention to, I count at least 30 new ones, which means it could easily be 3 times that. Many of the super-cheap titles are old ones and many of the most expensive titles are new, though it seems like a few of the old ones have gone up in price.

I'm really surprised to see Man of the West in this section. On CriterionForum.org, they held a Western poll and this placed at #1. Oh well, at least if you're region-free, you'll still be able to buy the superior MOC version once this sells out.

Yeah, but you would've risked them selling out or jumping in price if you hadn't nabbed them when they were just pretty cheap. The way Kino's prices fluctuate from sale to sale, you shouldn't be too hard on yourself (or your teeth!). Who could've predicted years ago that some titles would end up at $5? In the first couple of years of Studio Classics line, $12-13 for a title was considered a good deal!

Honestly, I couldn't tell one way or the other. I already interjected what I knew. The only thing that disappoints me about this, is that I can't find enough for the free shipping minimum.

Beyond that, there are some good deals to be had.

There's not enough I want to make free shipping either. In December this sale was combined with another sale, and that's how I was able to reach the minimum.

If this sale is ongoing, maybe when Kino has their next sale, there'll be enough titles for us to pull the trigger.
