I just tried using the 2 movie cash tickets to watch Toy Story 3 but it got declined. The cashier entered the 16 digit code but when it processed the movie cash, it didn't show the amount and was still left at $9.75, which is the regular price. I'm not sure if the cashier did the process wrong. I'm thiking maybe it's because the amount of the movie cash was not entered before entering the 16 digit code. Because the instruction says to enter the 16 digit code and the admission price up to $8.50 into the point of sale system. Can anyone who is familiar with the process for using this help? Thanks!
