I like the old Target one better. Might just slip the 4K disc in if the transfer is worth it.

As soon as I saw how cool this design looked with the slipcover, I immediately knew this had to be a Lionsgate release. haha

They sure know how to make them.

While I'm not sure I agree with everyone who says this should have been a two part movie, making it a slightly longer film might have worked out some of the issues. There's only so many ways to go adapting the source material. I do think Jablonsky's score for this is an underrated gem and among some of his best work.

I hope so because it's kind of a deal breaker for me. I already have the excellent looking Blu-ray and it doesn't suffer this issue. I'll wait for reviews and then decide if I'll pick it up.

I really liked the book when I was a kid. Movie was just a so so adaptation. However, I love the art on this steelbook and could not resist getting it.
