United Kingdom Battle Royal Anchor Bay Or Arrow Blu?

Can anyone tell me if there is any differences between Anchor Bay and Arrow releases?

the US release is region locked , has a totally different color scheme.

i prefer the US release. i owned both releases. and would pick the US release anytime. i have no idea what release is more "correct" but like many japanese release colors look really washed out at the UK release. and blacks look more like greenish greys.

the US release on the other hand might be "boosted" (color and contrast). but i still do prefer it. both releases have different bonus features.

the US release has both the second movie as well

Directors cut

Quote:
The Extended Version runs longer than the Theatrical version in 27 scenes.
There is a running time difference of about 8 Min 18 Sec.
However, the alternative ending is merely a closing series of the flashbacks that already appeared in the movie. Without the alternative ending the Extended Version runs 4 Min. 57 Sec. longer than the Theatrical Version.
i forgot to mention that the US set with the second movie is pretty cheap most of the time.
Battle royal part 2 features the same color scheme that the first part has.

and the second movie got a pretty strong soundtrack as well

On a side note, just asked Arrow (if they still have the rights etc) if there is any chance they might revisit Battle Royal and give it the treatment.
