Carpenters - Blu-ray Forum

I've been a fan of the Carpenters since I was a kid in the early 70s. Since my wife's death I've found a renewed interest. Karen's voice is just so totally perfect and beautiful that it lulls me into a stupor. After a big work day and having a lot on my mind it's become a treat lately to play a handful of their songs in the evening.

Any other fans?

i guess I`ll bite and reply.
I too am a big fan. What a voice she had.
When i win the lotto i will order some of her discs on SACD.

At this time of year I especially enjoy their Christmas Cds- some great versions and lots of Orchestral passages.

Not someone I listen to year round but I really dig their Christmas album.
