I could not find a setting on the site to display theatrical posters instead of blu-ray covers when viewing my collection, however I found a semi-functional workaround by marking all movies as "watched". Then I click on the "MOVIES" tab left of the "COLLECTION" tab and this is the result:
![]() Such a wonderful way to browse through my films compared to staring at depressingly lazy and uninspired photoshops. It's not a perfect solution though, as it seems anything from a boxed set (and perhaps others) will not show up. I have marked everything I own as "watched", yet there is a discrepancy between the 350 movies in my collection and the 282 movies on my watched list. Perhaps there is a simpler way to go about this? This would be a discussion better suited to the Site Feedback section. Personally I like seeing my Blu Ray covers as it makes shopping easier when I own multiple copies of a film. I also have a Plex Media Server set up in my home that utilizes the theatrical posters there since format is irrelevant when it's digital.

Fair point. I glanced at the different sections of the forum before posting but evidently I did not scroll down far enough.
Mods, please move this thread to the appropriate section. Thank you. Last edited by AstroChicken; 01-13-2016 at 03:29 AM. |
