Default What Screen Would You Recommend?

So it's finally happening, the wife and I are building and she has approved me to mack out the living room as my own little man cave. I've been jumping backwards and forward on getting a TV, or spending the cash on a top quality projector and decent screen.

Have decided that 65" OLED isn't big enough and the motion for sport on current LCD is just awful.

SO, projector and screen it is.

The room is 5x4m with 2550 ceilings. The ONLY light will be from windows at the back of the room, I've uploaded a picture of the of room direct from the plans. The screen will be on the hall, or the bottom of the image as you see it on here.

Haven't yet fully decided on the projector I'll get, it's between the Sony HW65ES, or JVC DLA-X7000, or possibly stretching the budget and going for the Sony VPL-VW320ES.

My main concern is what screen to go for. Will there be enough ambient light from the back of the room during the day to justify a Black Diamond Zero Edge? Or should I look at something like the EVP Darkstar 9 or Elite Screen Aeon 3D?

I am open to any and all suggestions, this is my one opportunity to get a set up that perfectly suits the room.
