The existence of this makes no sense whatsoever. With how positive the other Masters of the Universe release just was, Netflix should have just shelved this.

Yeah I have no interest in this..... But that's fine. Like the new She-Ra, I'm not the target audience. Good luck getting new kids interested in He-Man though.

The jury is still out on the Other modern version....

Til then I still have Filmation, 2002 and Dolph Lundgren.

Exactly - I'm completely not even going to watch this (just like the new She-ra) because it's clear to me - I am not the audience.

That said, I wish it well - hopefully it captures the kids that they are going after.

Watching the trailer a few times I'm starting to warm up to it, I'll give it a watch since it is He-Man.

WTF? I'm confused, why are they doing two different series of He-Man? One a continuation, this a reboot.

Feels like this is being forced. Give folks what they want in one format, then shoehorn in another for the sake of marketing and eventually 'pushing out' the other as part of their business plan.

This show was in production before Revelation. They are targeting different audiences. Not like this is the first time there have been similar shows from the same IP at one time before.

Sticking with my Filmation MOTU/She-Ra. Even all of my MOTU action figures are the Super 7 ones that most closely emulate the Filmation characters.

Yeah I'll just stick with the old show too. I don't have to watch everything related to one thing I like. I'd just like someone to re-release the 2002 show which is the only other MOTU show I'd want to watch (kind of curious about the 1990 show but no real reason to see it).

Those are some really funky designs though. Just look at that sword.

I'd rather the people who worked on that somehow got back together and pulled an unprecedented surprise on everyone by continuing with new seasons. No "today's social troupes" or stinkin politics! While we're at it, somehow wrestle control of She-Ra back into the fold so we can have her continue properly as well.
