Default Onkyo 605 help.
I have a question regarding the 605. The player I have it connected to is the Samsung 1000.

My question is what do I need to set both of them to to get true PCM? When I have the reciever set to direct listening mode, and the player set to PCM output, I am only getting sound out of my left and right speakers. It is as if it is only stereo.

Also, if anyone has any tips as to the optimal settings with these it would be appreciated.
